Setup: Anaheim Convention Center - Hall A 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 on 4/23
Judging: April 23, 2018, 1:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Interviews: April 23, 2018, 9:00 a.m. to complete
Viewing: April 24, 2018, 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Awards: April 24, 2018, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Takedown: April 24, 2017; immediately after awards ceremony
Entry Deadline: 4/2/2018 5:00:00 PM

Agriscience Fair Registration Instructions

  1. Entry Deadline: Monday - 5:00 pm 3 hard copies of the research papers to the California FFA Center AND submit electronic registration. Both research papers and electronic registration must be submitted: a) online AND b) 3 hard copies mailed to the California FFA Center.
  2. For electronic submission: Hit the Submit Registration button.
  3. Print a paper copy of the Statement of Originality and staple it in the front part of the students field book with the student and teacher signatures. (Statement of Originality will be checked day of the contest)
  4. Click on the "New Entry" link at the bottom of the page and complete a new registration form for your next entry.
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4.

After completing form for all your entries, mail the payment (checks made out to: California FFA Association) to the address below with the 3 hard copies of the research paper. All research papers must be received by 5:00 pm on Monday online and at the California FFA Center, in Galt. After completing a form for all of your entries, 3 copies of the research paper and mail with payment (if required) to the address below to complete your registration. If you have three or more entries, also submit a $10.00 check payable to California FFA Association. Entries must be in the contest coordinators office by Monday 5:00 p.m. Note: To be considered for the overall Championship (Novice and Advanced Divisions) each chapter must identify and submit three projects to be considered for the team competition and submit three additional copies of the research papers. These students must be present for interviews on the day of competition (See Rule V. A., B., C., and D. in the Agriscience Fair Rules).
