State Career Development Event Sites

The files below are samples of using mail merge function to label nametags and contest materials.  Download the files and place in the same directory.  You will need to choose the Excel spreadsheet as a data source.  Tips:

  • Sort the records into the order you want to hand out.  For example sort nametags by contestant, and score sheets by rotation group.
  • Score sheets and be printed on a copy machine with a printer interface.  This is quick and cheaper than a laser printer. 
  • Two page score sheets and be printed double sided (or stapled).
